Gov. Raphaelle Veronica Ortega-David welcomed the Local Government Unit and the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan of Bacnotan, La Union headed by Mayor Divine Fontanilla and Vice Mayor Francis Fontanilla during their courtesy visit on April 28, 2023, at the Office of the Governor, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. The visit aimed at strengthening collaboration in the implementation of future potential plans and programs of the said municipality that would benefit every Bacnotanean.
Mayor Divine and Vice Mayor Francis expressed their full commitment and support to the programs and advocacies of Gov. Rafy.
Gov. Rafy recognizes the efforts and initiatives of the Municipality of Bacnotan in taking part in #LaUnionPROBINSYANihan and affirmed her commitment in the continuous delivery of people-centered service and programs in the province.
