Vision

A society where there is an improved quality of life of the poor, vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals, families and communities

Mission

Restore the normal social functioning of the clientele groups by providing welfare interventions.

Mandate

Responsible in planning and carrying out activities/projects relative to social welfare and development of the provincial government. To promote full employment and equality of employment opportunities for all, and for this purpose to strengthen and expand the existing employment facilitation service machinery of the government particularly at the local levels.
