These resolutions serve as the final accomplishment of the PDC under Gov. Pacoy Ortegaโ€™s term.

During his welcome remarks, Gov. Pacoy thanked the members of the Council for their full support and active participation in his administration since 2016. โ€œFor the past six years, much have been done in setting the direction of economic and social progress and coordinating development efforts in La Union," he stressed.

Ortega emphasized.

In his closing message, Gov. Pacoy requested for the Councilโ€™s full support to the future endeavors of the Province under Governor-elect Raphaelle Veronica โ€œRafyโ€ Ortega-David. โ€œI encourage our partners in the Civil Society to apply for re-accreditation in the Sangguniang Panlalawigan this July-August so that the new administration can establish stronger partnership with you as local special bodies. As we continue with our developmental work whether in our public or private capacities, may we all be reminded that we do all this for the Love of La Union and Godโ€™s Greater Glory!โ€ he added.
