The Provincial Government of La Union acknowledged the contributions of the men and women of Philippine Navy as the outgoing Commander of Philippine Navy Headquarters Naval Forces Northern Luzon, Commodore Caesar Bernard N. Valencia, pays a farewell visit to Governor Emmanuel "Pacoy" R. Ortega at the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union on August 5, 2021.
Gov. Pacoy Ortega lauded Commodore Valencia and the rest of his staff for a job well done during his term. The Philippine Navy has been relentless in providing public service amidst the CoViD-19 pandemic.
As a token of appreciation, the Provincial Government of La Union gives a certificate of commendation to Commodore Valencia for his invaluable and selfless service rendered to our Kaprobinsiaan.
