Wash your hands regularly
In order to cope with our daily lives and the #NewNormal, we can't help but touch a variety of stuff everyday.
From shopping carts, phones, pets, computer keyboard and mouse, switches, sports equipment, to door knobs, our hands are probably the most exposed part of our body to COVID-19.
We all know that proper and regular hand washing can help reduce our exposure to the virus. So let's not become complacent and continue to wash our hands for at least 20 seconds whenever needed.
