Angelina Hipol of Provincial Engineering Office; and Marvin Camarao of Provincial Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Office present to Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III the result of the competition on March 5, 2020 at Dencio’s Bar and Grill, City of San Fernando, La Union.
