With the aim to progressively realize health care through systemic approach and clear role delineation, Gov. Pacoy joins the first meeting of the Core Group for Health and Development on January 29, 2020 at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) Building, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. Highlights of said meeting were the presentation of the Universal Health Care Implementing Rules and Regulations and approval of the composition of the Provincial Health Board. Also in the meeting was Board Member Gary Pinzon, Chairman on SP Committee on Health.
