Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “ Pacoy” R. Ortega III receives a ceremonial key from Mr. Rafael F. Simpao, Jr., Chairman of Security Bank Foundation (SBF) during the turn- over of school building at Lingsat Integrated School, City of San Fernando, La Union on January 24, 2018. The City of San Fernando is among the carefully selected recipient of SPF’s project for this year “Build a School, Build a Nation: The Classrooms Project” of Security Bank Foundation. Also present during the ceremony are City of San Fernando Mayor Hermenigildo “Dong” A. Gualberto and Dr. Fatima Boado, Schools Division Superintendent.
