#UlyssesPH: Ayon sa 8AM forecast ng PAG-ASA, bahagyang humina ang bagyo na huling namataan sa Cabangan, Zambales.
Ang bagyo ay nagtataglay ng lakas ng hangin na umaabot sa 130 km/h na may pagbugso na umaabot sa 215 km/h.
Nakataas ang TCW Signal No. 2 dito sa La Union kung saan inaasahan ang katamtaman hanggang sa malakas na pag-ulan.
Inaabisuhan naman natin ang mga Kaprobinsiaan sa coastal areas na huwag munang pumalaot dala ng posibleng Storm Surge na aabot hanggang 2.0 m.
Ayon sa forecast track ng bagyo, inaasahang lumabas sa Philippine Area of Responsibility si Ulysses bukas ng umaga o hapon.
