Gov. Pacoy leads in worship during the Thanksgiving Gathering on February 29, 2020 at the Provincial Capitol Grounds, City of San Fernando, La Union. He led a prayer for the province as he declared that La Union is God's La Union where everything that the people do is offered for God’s greater glory. Said event is part of the 170th La Union Founding Anniversary with a theme, “La Union 2020: Eyeing Transformation, Focusing on Love.”
