STRONGER TOGETHER. PGLU Gains the Full Support of the Regional, Provincial Line Agencies

As part of the Pre-State of the Province Address (Pre-SOPA) Dialogue Series, Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III presented the updated strategy, “Stronger La Union: Provincial Strategy on Response, Recovery, and Local Economic Development" to the Regional and Provincial Line Agencies today, August 18, 2020. Thirty- five (35) Regional and 18 Provincial Line Agencies participated in the session particularly 12 Regional Directors, 13 Provincial Directors and 25 representatives.
During the dialogue, each of the Regional and Provincial Line Agencies expressed their support, gratitude and commendation to Gov. Pacoy and the Provincial Government’s proactive strategic planning and direction setting to lead the people onwards recovery and regain progress on local economic development.
Further, to show their support, some agencies already shared Programs, Projects and Activities aligned to the Provincial Strategy. As our governance partners, their contributions are necessary to ensure optimal resource mobilization given that the resources of the government are utilized for crisis response and recovery.
The Provincial Government shall persist in strengthening its governance network to achieve its desired impact of improving the quality of life of the people.
