Secretary to the Sanggunian Donato A. Rimando steers the Sangguniang Panlalawigan’s first toolbox meeting on January 9, 2019 at the Cong. Eufranio "Franny" C. Eriguel Hall of the Speaker Pro Tempore Francisco I. Ortega Legislative Building, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. In said meeting, they reviewed the department's accomplishments and strategized how to implement their programs and projects to help La Union become the heart of Agri-Tourism in Northern Luzon by 2025.
