SP RECOGNIZES OUTGOING EMPLOYEES

One of the outgoing Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) employees, Ms. Joan Estabillo, from the office of SP Member Bellarmin Flores II, receives her certificate of recognition presented by Ms. Jane T. Flores, Assistant Secretary to the Sanggunian and Ms. Jane Balancio, Administrative Officer V of the Human Resource Management Unit during the Recognition and Send-off Program of outgoing SP staff on June 28, 2019 at the Cong. Eufranio “Franny”C. Eriguel Hall, 3rd Basement, Speaker Pro-tempore Francisco I. Ortega Legislative Building and Session Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union.
As tribute to the outgoing employees of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) Office, a Recognition and Send-off Program was held on June 28, 2019 at the Cong. Eufranio “Franny”C. Eriguel Hall, 3rd Basement, Speaker Pro-tempore Francisco I. Ortega Legislative Building and Session Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union.
“You are recognized today for your loyalty, service and dedication to your respective bosses and the institution that you have served with body and soul,” said Ms. Jane T. Flores, Assistant Secretary to the Sanggunian. She also explained how the recognition and send-off program was conceptualized and said that the department plans to make it a regular program of the SP Secretariat.
In a video message, Secretary to the Sanggunian Donato Rimando greeted and conveyed his gratitude to the outgoing employees for their dedicated and exemplary service to the SP and to the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU).
Outgoing Vice-Gov. Aureo Augusto Q. Nisce also graced the program. “I wish to thank all of you for all the good times and memories we had together. The good and even the bad that went with our togetherness is something I will savor and will treasure in my heart,” he said. He reminded them to always look at the brighter side of things and consider the end of their tenure in the provincial capitol as a new opportunity for greater things.
Outgoing employees were given a moment to tell their messages to their colleagues where some tearfully expressed their gratitude for all the years they have spent together and for all the things they have learned and the skills that they have acquired in working in the department.
A total of 52 outgoing employees were given tribute during the program from the offices of Vice-Gov. Nisce, SPM Ruperto Rillera, Jr., SPM Francisco Ortega, Jr., SPM Carlo Castor Concepcion, SPM Reynaldo Mosuela and SPM Bellarmin Flores II. Each outgoing employee was given a Certificate of Recognition, abiding recognition and sincere appreciation of their unwavering support and contribution to the Office of the SP Secretariat.
