SP Confirms Delfinado, Posadas Appointments

Vice Gov. Mario Eduardo C. Ortega, together with the members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP), pose for a photo opportunity with the Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator Ms. Michaela Louis T. Delfinado and Provincial Health Officer II Dr. Eduardo S. Posadas, during its 12th session on September 17, 2019 at the SP Session Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union.
