Based on the advisory of DOST-PAGASA issued at 8:00 AM today, September 3, 2024, municipalities of LUNA, SANTOL, SAN JUAN, BAGULIN, BANGAR, SAN GABRIEL, BACNOTAN, SUDIPEN, BALAOAN, and CITY OF SAN FERNANDO remains to be under TCW Signal No. 1. While only part of La Union is under a TCW signal, everyone is advised to take necessary precautions.
In accordance to Gov. Raphaelle Veronica "Rafy" Ortega-David's Executive Order No. 47 series of 2024 classes in all levels of all private and public institutions, and work in all government offices is suspended.
As of 8:00 AM, the center of the eye of TS #EntengPH was estimated, based on all available data, over the coastal waters of Laoag City, Ilocos Norte with maximum sustained winds of 75 km/h near the center, and gustiness of up to 115 km/h while moving West northwestward at 20 km/h.
