SMART MOMMY, HEALTHY BABY. Provincial Health Officer, Dr Hector T. Beñas reminds pregnant women to consult with health providers in their localities to ensure safe pregnancy during the 1st Buntis Congress in Bangar, La Union on July 27, 2018 with the theme "Smart Mommy, Healthy Baby 2018". The activity aims to improve the rate of survival of women during pregnancy, delivery and post-partum, and reduce child mortality children under five years old.
