Senior Citizen Public Service Recognized; Named One of 2023 Sampung Ulirang Nakatatanda Awardees

Kaprobinsiaan Senior Citizen Primitiva O. Concepcion of Balaoan, La Union has proven that public service is timeless and ageless as we set our sights on a better community and province. Nanay Ibing, as she is popularly known, was named one of the 2023 Sampung Ulirang Nakatatanda Awardees to be conferred by the Coalition of Services of the Elderly on October 8, 2023.

Participating in #LaUnionPROBINSYAnihan and in nation-building, Nanay Ibing has done more than her decent role as a mother and educator. She supported causes to uphold the rights of the youth, women, and senior citizens.
