La Union’s multi-awarded Farmer-Scientist Rolando M. Rocapor of Rocapor’s Farm School for Practical Agriculture in Barangay Tabtabungao, Rosario, La Union wins 1st Runner Up on Search for Idols ng TESDA 2018 for Self-Employed Category - National Level during the celebration of 24th TESDA Founding Anniversary on August 23, 2018 at Tandang Sora Hall, TESDA Women’s Center, Quezon City. SPM Flores as Committee Chairman on Agriculture and Aquatic Resources introduced a Resolution of Congratulation during 113th SP Regular Session on August 30, 2018 in recognition to Mr. Rocapor’s efforts and contribution to the attainment of Gov. Pacoy’s vision to make La Union the Heart of Agri-Tourism in Northern Luzon by 2025.
