A HUG OF GRATITUDE. One of Gov. Pacoy’s scholars under the La Union Educational Assistance Scholarship program hugs Provincial Population Officer Mila L. Gamboa as she gives the student’s check on behalf of the governor on March 25, 2019 at the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. A total of 215 students received said assistance that will aid their financial needs in their schooling.
