The Sangguniang Panlalawigan Committee on Public Works and Utilities, headed by its Chairperson Board Member Annabelle S. De Guzman, conducts a committee hearing on January 24, 2019 at the Cong. Eufranio “Franny” C. Eriguel Hall, Speaker Pro-Tempore Francisco I. Ortega, Provincial Legislative Building and Session Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union to discuss the status of various road-related programs and projects as well as public utilities which include the 1st and 2nd Engineering Districts’ service utility providers.
