WAVES OF MERCY, WAVES OF GRACE. While surfing and other tourism activities were halted in San Juan, La Union due to the COVID-19 pandemic, waves continue to roll not only in the shores of the province's surfing capital but in the hearts of the people of San Juan. Indeed, they continued to ride the waves of grace that incessantly poured upon them, such as this second wave of relief goods given to 13,700 families on May 28, 2020 by the Provincial Government of La Union.
