SMILES OF RELIEF. Radiant smiles gleam in the faces of residents in upland barangays of San Fernando City as they receive their relief goods from the Provincial Government of La Union on April 23, 2020. The PGLU has completed its distribution of relief goods to around 200,000 LU households yesterday, April 25, and poised for the second round of relief operations as the province begins its recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.
