Pacoy presides the first quarter meeting on February 23, 2021, at the Diego Silang Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. Highlights of the discussions were the updates on various campaigns on anti-criminality, anti-insurgency, anti-illegal drugs, and the COVID-19 vaccination plans of the local government unit.
