Rosario, La Union's Young Farmer 4-H Club President Cristine Joy A. Rocapor receives the 2017 Regional Gawad Saka Outstanding Young Farmer/Fisherfolk Organization Award during the Regional Gawad Saka Awarding Ceremonies held on October 12, 2018 at Oasis Country Resort, City of San Fernando, La Union. The club was a recipient of various agricultural and technical interventions from the Provincial Government of La Union and ABONO Party-list.
