RELIEF OPERATIONS. The Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) distributes relief goods to the typhoon-affected residents of Brgy. Pacpaco, City of San Fernando, La Union today, September 21, 2018. The relief operation is part of PGLU’s response in assisting residents whose livelihood and homes were destroyed due to the typhoon, “Ompong” which struck the province early this month. The same relief operation was done in the barangays of Bacsil, Barangay 1, Bangbangolan, and Baraoas, City of San Fernando, today.
