Estigoy meets with Sand Gravel Permit Holders of Aringay, La Union on July 19, 2018 at the Provincial Treasurer’s Office, Capitol Building, City of San Fernando, La Union. In said meeting, they tackled and resolved issues concerning extractions and proper collections of Sand and Gravel Tax. (GPC)
