GETTING READY FOR THE RAINY SEASON. Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer Ranilo P. Ipac supervises his staff in the repacking of relief goods on June 14, 2018 at the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office, City of San Fernando, La Union in preparation for the disaster season. Yearly, the Provincial Government of La Union thru the PSWDO prepares relief goods ready for distribution to victims of calamities.
