PSWDO Conducts ABILYMPICS Skills Competition

Differently abled persons participate in the deboning of milkfish which is one of the activities of the Pederasyon ng May Kapansanan ng La Union’s skills competition ABILYMPICS on October 9, 2018 at the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO), City of San Fernando, La Union. The competition was spearheaded by the PSWDO and includes food preparation, cooking, flower arrangement, chess, scrabble and waste re-use.
