PSC Members Celebrate 33rd National Statistics Month; Conduct Mangrove Planting Activity

In celebration of the 33rd National Statistics Month, members of the Provincial Statistics Committee (PSC) led by the Office of the Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator conducted a mangrove planting activity initiated by the Provincial Government - Environment and Natural Resources Office in collaboration with the Local Government Unit of Balaoan and the assistance of the Balaoan Bangkeros and Bantay Dagat of on October 20, 2022 at Immuki Island, Paraoir, Balaoan, La Union.
350 mangroves were planted by the PSC representatives and volunteers from the Provincial Health Office, La Union Provincial Tourism Office, Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office, Commission on Human Rights, Department of Agrarian Reform, Philippine Statistics Authority, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, and Department of Labor and Employment La Union Field Office.
