PRC Brings Services to La Union Medical Center

A total of 134 clients avail of Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) services in their mobile outreach program dubbed as “Aldaw Ti Propesyonal” at the Dr. Eufranio “Franny” C. Eriguel Memorial Hall, La Union Medical Center (LUMC), Agoo, La Union on July 10, 2019. The activity was initiated by the LUMC to deliver PRC’s services closer to clients for their comfort and convenience, saving them from cost of travel and other related expenses.

The La Union Medical Center (LUMC) in partnership with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Region I brought PRC services through a mobile outreach program in LUMC, Agoo, La Union on July 10, 2019. A total of 134 clients benefited from said undertaking.

Dubbed as “Aldaw Ti Propesyonal,” the activity served LUMC employees and walk in clients from other agencies who wished to avail of PRC’s mobile services which included Continuing Professional Development (CPD) orientation for professionals; application for examination; initial registration of examination passers; renewal of professional ID cards; and issuance of certificates of passing, ratings and good standing.

The activity is an initiative of the Human Resource Management Section of LUMC with the aim to provide intervention for its employees holding professional licenses to renew their PRC cards and raise other issues and concerns to PRC.

“Aldaw ti Propesyonal” intends to deliver PRC’s services closer to clients for their comfort and convenience, saving them from cost of travel and other related expenses.
