SECURING THE CAPITAL. Gov. Francisco Emmanuel "Pacoy" R. As of 7pm of September 14, 2018, a total of 256 families have already been evacuated in 13 evacuation areas in the city.

The Rapid Damage Assessment and Needs Analysis (RDNA) Team convene before deployment to various evacuation centers in La Union on September 15, 2018 at the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) Operations Center. Said teams were divided into three groups tasked to determine the extent of damage and needs requirements in the Northern, Central and Southern parts of La Union.

In said meeting, Gov Pacoy gave a directive to PSWDO Ranilo Ipac for the consolodation of data and finalization of reports. Also, Gov. Pacoy announced that Typhoon Ompong left No casualty in the province.
