Ms. Marjorie Ann R. Lucero and Ms. Renerose A. Beninsig of the Provincial Health Office assess the records on immunization and storage practices for vaccines of Naguilian Rural Health Unit (RHU) during their Supportive Supervisory Visit on July 10, 2019. The activity was conducted to RHUs and District Hospitals in La Union on July 9-12, 2019. It is important that timely vaccination records must be maintained in order for the healthcare provider to monitor their patients properly.
