PGLU Workforce Strengthened

Gov. Pacoy administers the oath of newly appointed and promoted employees of the Provincial Government of La Union during the Mass Job Orientation Program on April 11-12, 2019 at the Diego Silang Hall, Provincial Capitol Building, City of San Fernando, La Union. Said activity was spearheaded by the Human Resource Management Unit (HRMU) under the Office of the Provincial Administrator (OPA).
The Human Resource Management Unit (HRMU) under the Office of the Provincial Administrator (OPA) conducted a Mass Job Orientation Program on April 11-12, 2019 at the Diego Silang Hall, Provincial Capitol Building, City of San Fernando, La Union.
Attended by more than 100 participants, the program was conducted to orient new and promoted employees of the Rules and Regulations of the Provincial Government of La Union as well as to equip them with the basic knowledge on their rights and benefits as employees of the institution.
In his message, Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III congratulated the employees in their new positions and reminded them of the importance of good governance.
Representatives from different offices of PGLU were also invited to impart the primary procedures of their respective offices.
The two-day program also served as a mini team building activity to boost camaraderie among employees of the different PGLU offices to create and imbibe in them a positive work attitude not only directed to themselves but also to the people they will be serving.
