PGLU Turns Over Cultural Mapping Kits

SUPPORT TO CULTURE. To further preserve the La Union culture and identity, Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy’ R. Ortega III signed the Deed of Donation for Cultural Mapping Kits together with Mayor Hermenegildo “Dong” A. Gualberto of the City of San Fernando and Mayor Menchie Lomboy-de Guzman of the Municipality of Bauang on January 21, 2021 at the Diego Silang Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando La Union.
The Cultural Mapping Kits, composed of a Canon digital camera and an Acer Laptop, will be used for cultural research on distinct peoples, tangible and intangible cultural assets within local landscape.
