In its continuous effort to facilitate crisis recovery, the Provincial Government of La Union extends support to La Union Entrepreneurs for Progress Association, Inc. (LUEPA) as it opens today, May 7, 2021 the Buena Mano by LUEPA Bazaar at CSI The City Mall, City of San Fernando, La Union which will run until May 23, 2021.

20 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) exhibitors showcase their local products including 5 food and 15 non-food exhibitors.

In his message, Gov. Francisco Emmanuel "Pacoy" R. Ortega III highlighted, "This Buena Mano event is reflective of our initiatives on Transformative Governance. Now more than ever, these trade fairs take a deeper meaning as they now become a vital platform for our local entrepreneurs to bounce back from the sudden halt caused by the pandemic."

Members of LUEPA are graduates of Department of Trade and Industry's (DTI's) Kapatid Mentor ME program headed by President Gemma Go. Also present in the opening program were Board Member Gerard Ostrea and DTI La Union Provincial Director Merlie Membrere. This trade fair is one way of helping MSMEs to bounce back amidst the pandemic.

The minimum health standards are strictly being observed at the venue.
