Ortega III led the turn-over of a Hilux FX to PDRRMO through Assistant PDRRMO Alvin Cruz and a Motorcycle to LUPJ through Warden Rimas Calixto on July 12, 2021 at the Provincial Capitol Grounds, City of San Fernando, La Union.
