HEALTHY MINDS FOR DRUG SURRENDERERS. Provincial Health Officer I Dr. Rodolfo C. Tongson of the Provincial Health Office talks about techniques on how to maintain healthy minds to detainees of the La Union Provincial Jail (LUPJ) during the Mental Health Fair at LUPJ, Brgy. Camansi, City of San Fernando La Union on July 17, 2019. The activity, with the theme "Mapanirang Droga, Ibasura Tungo sa Malusog na Kaisipan nang Biyaya'y Makakamtan," included health lectures, medical-dental mission, livelihood integration on beads making, free massage and free haircut.
