𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘, 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗚𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘. Through a Plaque of Appreciation, the Civil Service Commission Regional Office I headed by Regional Director Hedy Jose B. Lardizabal expressed their gratitude to Gov. Francisco Emmanuel "Pacoy" R. Ortega III and the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) for their unwavering assistance and continuous support to the Commission's programs and projects. The plaque was accepted by PGLU Provincial Administrator Agnes Grace Cargamento on November 9, 2021 at the Provincial Capitol Building, City of San Fernando, La Union.
