CIVIL SERVICE FUN RUN. Hundreds of civil servants in La Union, including some employees of the Provincial Government of La Union, join the fun run that kicked-off the celebration of the 119th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, on September 5, 2019, at the Poro Point Baywalk, City of San Fernando, La Union. Mr. Guillermo Balcita of the Provincial Engineering Office was one of first 10 finishers in the three-kilometer run.
