Franco discusses the overview of the budget process during the Budget Preparation Forum at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Lobby, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union on July 19, 2019. The Budget forum aimed to re-orient the focal persons from the different Provincial Government of La Union offices in aligning their budget proposals with the planned budget ceilings, the 2020 Annual Investment Plan, the budget strategic plans, policy directions, and procurement plans.
