PGLU Awarded Gawad Parangal sa Kalikasan

GAWAD PARANGAL SA KALIKASAN. Environment and Natural Resources Unit (ENRU) Head Annalyn R. Valdez, Sanguniang Panlalawigan-Committee on Environment BM Abraham Rimando, and Community Development Asst. II Grace Libong of ENRU receive a plaque for the “Gawad Parangal sa Kalikasan” for the Provincial Government of La Union during the Environment Month 2019 Culminating Program at Marand Resort and Spa, Bauang, La Union on July 19, 2019.
The award was conferred by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources to 46 awardees from different Local Government Units (LGUs), National Government Agencies, People’s Organization, Industries and Media regionwide for promoting sustainable practices that led to the protection and conservation of the regions’ natural resources. The LGUs of Bacnotan, San Juan, City of San Fernando, Bauang, Naguilian, Caba and Pugo received the same award.
