For ‘graces,’ he talked about the preservation and sustainability of the natural environment of La Union citing the San Juan nesting grounds for turtles as an example. For ‘blessings’ he talked about the recognition and awards which gives incentives to employees. For ‘gratitude’, he highlighted the importance of being thankful for all the graces and blessing and as well as failures and disappointments.
Gov. Pacoy also encouraged the PGLU employees to aim higher and work harder this year to meet the requirements for the grant of Performance Based Bonus and promised to further discuss this during the Cabinet Meeting to make sure different offices are aligned.
