A total of 50 diesel-powered vehicles and 75 gasoline-powered vehicles were inspected and tested. The owners/drivers of the vehicles who failed the emission test were advised to have their vehicles be checked and undergo preventive maintenance. They were also given Temporary Operator’s Permit (TOP) by the Law Enforcement Officer from LTO for violating emission standards set forth by Republic Act 8749 also known as Philippine Clean Air Act.
