PCC Holds Courtesy Call with Gov. Rafy; PGLU Eyes Growth of Dairy Industry in Province

In a bid to enhance dairy development and production in the province, the Philippine Carabao Center (PCC) paid a courtesy call to Gov. Raphaelle Veronica "Rafy" Ortega-David on July 5, 2023, at the Provincial Capitol.

During the courtesy call, the officials from the PCC provided Gov. Rafy with updates on the ongoing initiatives related to dairy production in the province.

The meeting also centered around the proposed Memorandum of Agreement between the PCC and the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU). The MOA will outline the framework and strategies for promoting dairy development, focusing particularly on carabao milk production.

Gov. Rafy expressed her gratitude to the PCC and recognized their contribution in the province's call for #LaUnionPROBINSYAnihan in uplifting the livelihood of kaprobinsiaan farmers in La Union.

The strong partnership between the PGLU and PCC highlights their shared dedication to the welfare of farmers and the sustainable growth of the dairy industry in the province.
