Pasig City Local Government Unit (LGU) Freedom of Information (FOI) Focal Person Winnie Rayos-Dimanlig shares their LGU's best practices on their FOI services to the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU), led by Gov. Pacoy, during a round-table discussion on February 13, 2020 at the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. Other PGLU representatives were Board Member Gerard Ostrea, BM Jennifer Mosuela, Provincial Legal Officer Dominique Jose Puzon, and Media and Public Information Unit Chief Joanna C. Guerrero.
