Pasig City Local Government Unit (LGU) Freedom of Information (FOI) Focal Person Winnie Rayos-Dimanlig shares their LGU's best practices on their FOI services to the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU), led by Gov. Pacoy, during a round-table discussion on February 13, 2020 at the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union.
