Defying capability limits and turning their disabilities in to maximum opportunities, 40 Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) from the province of La Union, took part in the livelihood training on Craft of Silk Screen Printing on June 26, 2024 at the Home for the Elderly, Ili Norte, San Juan, La Union.
