Continuing its advocacy and social responsibility for voluntary blood donation, Caba District Hospital (CDH), in partnership with the Provincial Health Office and the Philippine Red Cross La Union, successfully conducted its 36th Mobile Blood Donation Drive on March 14, 2025, collecting a total of 66 blood units.
The Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU), in partnership with the Department of Agriculture (DA-RFO1), concluded the Provincial Rice Technology Forum and Culminating activity of the Hybrid Rice Challenge for Dry Season 2024-2025 on March 11, 2025 at Brgy. Taberna, Bauang, La Union, with more than 140 participants.

To ensure a smooth transition into retirement and express gratitude for their service, the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU), led by Gov. Raphaelle Veronica โRafyโ Ortega-David, organized a Pre-Retirement Program and Send-Off Activity for 32 retired and retiring employees of CY 2025. The event took place on March 6-7, 2025, at the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office Training Hall in Brgy. Sevilla, City of San Fernando, La Union, and the Vel-Seirra Integrated Farm in Tallipugo, Balaoan, La Union.
