#PublicAdvisory: According to Gov. Raphaelle Veronica “Rafy” Ortega-David, there is 𝗡𝗢 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗪𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 for November 12, 2024.
On the other hand, Schools under K-12 should be guided by DepEd Order No. 37, S. 2022 in declaring class suspension while Tertiary Levels should be guided by CHED Memorandum Order No. 15, s. 2012 which provides that classes at the collegiate level, including graduate school, may be cancelled or suspended at the discretion of local chief executives of Local Government Units and/or heads of HEIs if special circumstances in their area such as flooding, road damage, etc. warrant it.
Suspension of work in public and private offices shall be left at the discretion of Local Chief Executives and company management.

Nakataas pa rin ang TCWS No. 2 sa buong lalawigan ng La Union.
Bahagyang lumakas ang bagyo na nasa karagatan na ng Dilasag, Aurora at gumagalaw pa-Kanluran Hilagangkanluran sa bilis na 15 km/h. Inaasahan ang pag-ulan sa susunod na mga oras.
Sa kasalukuyan ay wala pa pong province-wide suspension ng trabaho sa mga opisina ng gobyerno, nakabukas lamang ang Provincial Capitol upang magbigay-serbisyo. Para naman sa ibang opisina, maaaring i-check o i-contact ang kanilang official accounts upang masiguro ang kanilang office schedule.
