The request of the 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗴𝗼𝗼 to be placed under 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲 (𝗠𝗘𝗖𝗤) from September 10-16, 2021 was approved by virtue of 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼. 𝟰𝟮, 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭 giving the municipality an opportunity to hamper the increase of cases.

PGLU Inoculates 90 LUPJ PDLs

A total of 90 Persons Deprived with Liberty from the La Union Provincial Jail (LUPJ) were successfully vaccinated with their first dose of Sinovac Vaccine against the CoViD-19 virus on September 8, 2021.

The Center for Local and Regional Governance of the National College of Public Administration and Governance, University of the Philippines conducted a six-day online training course on Legislative Empowerment through Virtual Learning Exercises in Local Policy Making and Applied Research that is customized for the provincial and municipal legislators and legislative support team of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan and local sanggunians of the Province of La Union.
