The Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU), headed by Governor Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III, together with Board Member Rimando Abraham, Assistant Provincial Disaster Risk and Reduction Management Officer Alvin Cruz, received a one-unit ambulance and 3,000 Food Packs for the affected families by Typhoon Maring relief packs from Pitmaster Cares Foundation on November 23, 2021, at the Capitol Grounds, City of San Fernando, La Union.

The Provincial Government of La Union, through the Environment and Natural Resources Office (PG-ENRO), conducts a Virtual Environmental Summit for the celebration of National Environmental Awareness Month, National Clean Air Month, and Climate Change Consciousness Week with the theme “NURTURE NATURE FOR A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE on November 20, 2021, via videoconferencing and Facebook Live. The summit was attended by students and teachers from major colleges and Universities in the Province.
